  • Organization of medical records and evaluation for completeness, including identification of potentially missing documentation.

Retainer

  • A $500 retainer is required for new matters (for the first 6 hours of work on your case). The retainer will be applied to professional fees and expenses. Additional funds may be requested as work progresses depending on the size and complexity of the matter.

À la carte services are available for attorneys who need assistance with a specific task, allowing you to select and pay only for the services you need.

For more comprehensive or ongoing case support, a $500 retainer includes the first 6 hours of professional services. Once those hours have been used, additional services are billed at a flat rate of $85 per hour, unless otherwise specified.
